To run Web sessions on iTest on Linux, you must first install a jar file.

Follow these steps:

  1. Close all instances of iTest.
  2. Obtain the jar file from the Patches/11606 directory on the CD or from Customer Support.
  3. Place the org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.x86_3.4.0.v3448f.jar file into the following folder: <iTest home folder>/plugins
