17571 -- Design Step 'Actual' field

The data supplied to the Design Step 'Actual' field has formatting and truncation problems:

-- Currently semicolons used to delimit results from multiple iterations of a design step (in a for loop, for example)

Workaround: Use \n at the beginning of the analysis message to force linefeed.
-- Data is truncated, sometimes with and sometimes without a message indicating that the remaining data can be found in the iTest test report.

-- Test steps without analysis rules are PASSed in HPQC, not left with N/A status.
