If you want to specify a particular TCL interpreter for Spirent TestCenter GUI sessions, you cannot specify it in the session profile as you normally would (on the "Session Properties > Tcl" properties page). Instead, you must specify the TCL interpreter on the preferences page.
Caution: An unfortunate side-effect of this workaround is that the Tcl interpreter will change for all session types (in addition to Spirent TestCenter GUI sessions). Workaround: Set the TCL interpreter in the iTest preferences: 1. In iTest, click Window > Preferences. 2. In the tree, navigate to iTest > General > Execution > Tcl Interpreter. 3. Specify the TCL interpreter.
